Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 48 hours of delivery, as long as the item is:

– In original condition
– In its original packaging

– Sale Items
– Luxury Items
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are happy to exchange any incorrect or damaged item. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if it is incorrect or damaged. All exchange requests will be processed once confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please double-check your order before it is shipped!
